Shipping & Delivery
FOB Qingdao — What It Means
All prices on our store are quoted FOB Qingdao. The listed price covers the product and standard export packaging at our factory in Qingdao, China. It does not include sea freight, air freight, insurance, import duties, or destination handling fees. Shipping costs are quoted separately based on your delivery destination and cargo volume.
Shipping Methods
| Sea freight (LCL / FCL) | Recommended for boats, USVs and large equipment. LCL (shared container) for single units; FCL for bulk orders. |
| Air freight / courier | Suitable for self-righting systems, thrusters, components and small accessories. |
| Compact packaging | Inflatable boats are shipped deflated and compressed, significantly reducing shipping volume and cost. |
Lead Time
- Standard products: 15–30 days from order confirmation (for example, HV235S ships within 30 days).
- Custom / OEM projects: confirmed production schedule after design and specification approval, typically 45–60 days.
Packaging
All products are packed to export standards: boats and USVs are secured on custom transport cradles or in wooden crates; systems and components are packed in reinforced cartons with moisture and shock protection.
Export Documents
We provide commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin with every shipment. Preferential origin certificates (e.g. FORM E) can be arranged upon request. The buyer is responsible for import customs clearance at the destination.
Insurance
We recommend that buyers arrange marine cargo insurance for their shipments. We are happy to provide the cargo value certificate needed for insurance at the time of loading.
