1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer. Qingdao Hvon Boat Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011 in Qingdao and designs and produces USVs, rescue boats, self-righting systems and marine components in-house. Factory visits and live demos are welcome.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

Most standard products can be ordered from 1 unit. Bulk orders enjoy tiered pricing. Custom projects are discussed on a case-by-case basis.

3. What are your payment terms?

Bank transfer (TT) is our standard payment method: a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment. Long-term partners may discuss other terms.

4. How long is the lead time?

Standard products: 15–30 days. Custom projects: 45–60 days after specification approval. A production schedule is provided after order confirmation.

5. Can you customize products?

Standard catalog products do not support OEM/ODM modification. Custom-configured products do support OEM/ODM — including size, configuration, color, branding and system integration — confirmed through our specification review process.

6. What is your warranty policy?

Standard warranty is 12 months on the complete unit (consumable parts excluded). Remote technical support, operation manuals and video guidance are provided.

7. How do I get an accurate quotation?

Submit your application scenario, water conditions, payload and requirements via the inquiry form or email. We reply with a technical proposal and quotation within 24 hours.

8. Do prices include shipping and duties?

No. All prices are FOB Qingdao and do not include shipping, insurance or import duties. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

9. Which countries do you ship to?
